Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any product from SimplaKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity to enter this agreement.

2. License Grant

When you purchase a template, you receive a single-user, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the delivery link or file with any third party
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the template
  • Use the template to create derivative products for resale

3. Digital Goods — No Refund

All sales are final once the delivery link is sent to your confirmed email address.

We provide detailed previews (images, videos, use case explanations) before every purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm you reviewed all preview materials and understand the product.

Exception: If the delivered link is broken or the wrong product is sent, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or exchange.

4. We Offer — Not Refund

If a template does not fit your workflow, contact us. We may modify, adjust, or exchange at our discretion, with or without additional fee depending on scope.

5. Delivery

Product links are sent to your verified email address after payment confirmation. You must verify your email before payment is processed.

We are not responsible for delivery failure to an unconfirmed or incorrectly entered email address.

Delivery timeline: Automated within 2 hours of payment confirmation. If not received within 2 hours, contact us with your order ID.

How delivery works: After you submit your order, you will receive a verification email. Once you confirm your email and your payment is matched to your order, the product link is sent automatically. Payment is matched using the order ID you include in your bank transfer note.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide a valid, accessible email address
  • Verify your email before completing payment
  • Include your order ID in the bank transfer payment note
  • Ensure your email inbox can receive messages from us

6. Google Account Requirement

Our products are delivered as Google Sheets. You must have an active Google Account to use them.

We are not responsible for:

  • Google service outages or changes
  • Changes to Google Sheets features or functionality
  • Suspension or termination of your Google Account
  • Google policy changes that affect file access

7. Intellectual Property

All templates are owned by SimplaKit. Purchase does not transfer ownership. Unauthorized redistribution may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

SimplaKit's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
