Refund Policy

Our Stance

Digital goods cannot be returned. All sales are final once the delivery link is sent to your verified email address.

We invest in detailed previews — images, videos, and use case explanations — so you can evaluate every template before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you confirm you reviewed all preview materials.

What We Offer Instead

If a template does not fit your workflow, contact us within 14 days. We will:

  • Modify the template to better fit your use case (minor adjustments at no charge)
  • Exchange for a different template of equal or lesser value
  • Offer custom modifications for a reasonable fee depending on scope

We assess each case individually and respond within 2 business days.

When We Replace (No Questions Asked)

  • Delivery link is broken or does not open
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • File is inaccessible due to our error

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order ID.

What We Cannot Fix

  • Your Google Account is suspended or blocked
  • Google services are unavailable in your region
  • You no longer have a Google Account
  • You changed your mind after reviewing the preview

These are outside our control and not covered under our exchange policy.
