# Refund Policy

## Our Stance

Digital goods cannot be returned. **All sales are final** once the delivery link is sent to your verified email address.

We invest in detailed previews — images, videos, and use case explanations — so you can evaluate every template before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you confirm you reviewed all preview materials.

## What We Offer Instead

If a template does not fit your workflow, contact us within **14 days**. We will:
- Modify the template to better fit your use case (minor adjustments at no charge)
- Exchange for a different template of equal or lesser value
- Offer custom modifications for a reasonable fee depending on scope

We assess each case individually and respond within 2 business days.

## When We Replace (No Questions Asked)

- Delivery link is broken or does not open
- Wrong product was delivered
- File is inaccessible due to our error

Contact us within **14 days** of purchase with your order ID.

## What We Cannot Fix

- Your Google Account is suspended or blocked
- Google services are unavailable in your region
- You no longer have a Google Account
- You changed your mind after reviewing the preview

These are outside our control and not covered under our exchange policy.
